Returns

You may return any item purchased from Keystone Kollective for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

Complete the Return Form included in your package and follow the instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise instructed by Keystone Kollective.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Keystone Kollective is not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.

Policy Details

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment and processed within 5 business days of receiving your return.

Refunds may take up to 14 days to appear, depending on your bank’s processing time.

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions.

An original Return Form must be included with your package. If lost, you may request a new one via service@keystonekollective.com.

This policy does not cover normal wear and tear resulting from regular use.
